About this work

A qualitative user-centered design study of the FIU Thrive social determinants of health app that used 26 semi-structured interviews with lower-socioeconomic-status individuals, six focus groups with outreach workers, providers and administrators, and key informant input to build user profiles and personas, mapping the analytic and context-specific eHealth literacy of digital health novices and drawing design and implementation implications.
